Lambert Smith Hampton was founded in 1773 by Robert Herring. In 2014, LSH acquired BTW Shiells in Northern Ireland. LSH is Northern Ireland’s largest commercial property consultancy firm with a team of 50 surveyors and 25 support staff.

Lambert Smith Hampton offers a differentiated service across a number of integrated disciplines, which include; Agency, Retail, Investment, Property Management, Valuation, Building Surveying and Landlord & Tenant. The organisation continues to successfully provide a complete and seamless service to a diverse client base.

The Company now manages 40 major shopping centres and retail parks with a total value in excess of £4.5 billion across Ireland and the UK. LSH now also has a dedicated Public Sector Consultancy Service providing a range of property advisory services.
